Two days to enjoy the pleasures of ski touring and recharge your batteries in the mountains!
The Ecrins or Parpaillon massif will be your destination, depending on the conditions at the time.
You'll be staying in one of our partner gites, chosen for the quality of their services.

Programme

SATURDAY :
  • Welcome at 8:30am at the Les Orres roundabout (322 D40 05200 Baratier)
  • Collection of equipment (if necessary).
  • Presentation of the programme for the two days.
  • Introduction to the use of ski touring and rescue equipment (shovel, probe, avalanche transceiver).
  • Climb the chosen route in sealskins.
  • Lunch (bring your own picnic for the 1st lunch).
  • Descent
  • Briefing for day 2
  • Welcome at the gite

SUNDAY :
  • Meet at 8:30am at the gite ready to go.
  • Presentation of the day's programme.
  • Climb the chosen route in sealskins.
  • Lunch.
  • Descent.
  • Debriefing of the weekend.
  • Return of equipment (if necessary).

DATES :
  • 16/17 December,
  • 6/7 January, 13/14 January, 20/21 January, 27/28 January,
  • 9/10 March.

RATES :
170€/person (supervision by the professional, mini bus transport from the meeting point, collective equipment, DVA pack if necessary).

NOTES :
Please note: This is not a beginners' ski course.
Full board in the gite is not included in the price.
Depending on the gite you choose, you'll need to pay around €80 (Saturday night's accommodation/meal + Sunday's breakfast & lunch). If you arrive on Friday evening and would like accommodation, please contact Toni at Team Ski Mountain Experiences

To bring
  • Ski touring equipment: skis with touring bindings, sealskins, knives, adapted boots, ski touring poles.
  • 35-litre rucksack
  • 1 to 2 litres of water and provisions
  • High-index sun cream
  • Second skin blister plasters
  • Suitable ski trousers (breathable with ventilation), warm Gore Tex jacket, micro down jacket or fleece jacket, 1st technical layer (avoid cotton), 1 pair of light gloves, 1 pair of gloves or mittens, sunglasses, ski mask, hat.
